All our Door Supervisors are registered with the SIA. Under this National scheme, it is obligatory for all staff to be licensed and to complete a training programme. All R&R door supervisors undertake a four day course, which includes Drug Awareness, Fire (health & Safety) and Conflict Management. Some have gained further qualifications in areas such as close protection and crowd control.

Have completed professional training courses and refresher courses on a regular basis.
Will welcome your customers to the premises.
Will be polite and courteous at all times.
Are trained to identify potential problems and diffuse them in a discrete and professional manner
Control the admission of persons to the premises
Maintain order inside and outside of the premises
Will remove from the premises any person(s) causing disorder
Only leave your premises after the last person has left
